Standard Training Plan
Looking for a training plan for your next race or goal? Our training plans are written around the schedule you provide along with your current fitness levels. Plan pricing depends on race distance. Coach must have access to your fitness data (Strava or Garmin). Coach will be available for questions via email; however the plan does not include revisions.
5k, 10k, 15k (6-12 weeks): $50
Half Marathon (8-16 weeks): $75
Marathon (12-20 weeks): $100
Monthly coaching is our most custom and interactive approach to training. Your Coach will start with a full review of your current fitness data (onboarding fee) prior to initial programming. You will then work together to decide what your current goals are and any upcoming races to plan for. Your schedule will be programmed in Final Surge 2 weeks at a time and 2-way data sharing is required. Your Coach will be available via Final Surge messaging and email. This approach allows for quick and timely changes to your programming and can be updated if your goals change. Monthly Coaching is on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled by either party at any time. No prorations for partial months.

Digital Training Plan
In place of the PDF in the standard training plan, the Final Surge option comes with digital programming. Your calendar will be built out completely for the training plan and loaded in your Final Surge account. If your fitness watch is compatible, your daily workouts will be sent to your device.

All new clients that select Monthly Coaching will pay an onboarding fee. This fee is for a full review of current fitness data. It will be required for you to share access to your fitness data through either Garmin or Strava. This is a one-time fee for new clients and will also apply to clients that have lapsed more than 2 months between Monthly Coaching and re-join the program.

My Coaching strategy is founded on the 80/20 coaching style but will incorporate many different training methods tailored to the client's needs.
